Note:
- Applicants must register online through the Rumah Selangorku Registration System on the LPHS website.
- Each application is valid for 2 years; if no offer is received within this period, a new online application must be submitted.
Procedure For Your Home Ownership
APPLICATION
You must submit the documents below:
1. Copy of Identity Card of applicants and spouse
2. Copy of birth certificate of children (for single parent applicants)
3. Copy of marriage certificate/marriage registration/divorce certificate/death certificate
4. Authorised testimonial letter by those eligible parties e.g. local chief, legal practitioners or local government executive council etc. to testify the self-employed’s salary and/or unemployment (for self-employed applicants and/or if spouse of the applicants is unemployed)
5. Latest Employees Provident Fund (EPF) statement of applicants and/or spouse
6. Copy of last three months of bank statements for salary account of applicants and/or spouse
7. Copy of last three months of payslip of applicants and/or spouse
8. Latest Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS) statement
9. Income Tax report for self-employed applicants

An applicant is eligible to apply for only one type of property. Each application is only valid for 2 years. Applications on waiting list that goes beyond 2 years will lapse automatically and will no longer be in the system. You will then need to reapply, to be considered again.
OFFER TO PURCHASE
Once you have fulfilled all our requirements, a Letter of Offer to Purchase will be issued via email and SMS. You can also check your status from time to time on our User Portal.
BALLOTING AND SELECTION OF UNITS
An Invitation Letter for Balloting Attendance will be issued via email and SMS to those who are eligible to purchase, detailing the time and location of the ballot. Balloting will only take into account those who are present at the balloting. Those who fail to attend after receiving the letter will be blacklisted from any future applications. Don’t be disheartened if you are not successful in the balloting, as your application will still be considered for a future phase, or another location.
SALES & PURCHASE AGREEMENT
A Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) has to be signed to complete the purchase.
FINANCING
You will need to obtain financing from a bank of your choice or our panel banks.
